Terms & Conditions

Galactecho is a cloud-based Point of Sale (POS) and business management platform designed to help retail stores, restaurants, pharmacies, mobile and computer shops, wholesalers, service businesses, and multi-branch companies manage their daily operations from one centralized system.

To use Galactecho, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and, where applicable, authorized to operate or represent the business using the Service.

When creating or using a Galactecho account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and current business, branch, and contact information.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and secure.
• Use the Service only for authorized business purposes.
• Accept responsibility for activities performed through your account and authorized users.
• Inform Galactecho if you become aware of unauthorized access to your account.

Galactecho may suspend or restrict accounts containing fraudulent, misleading, abusive, or unauthorized information or activity.

Galactecho may be provided through subscription plans based on business requirements, enabled features, number of branches, users, or other service configurations.

• Subscription fees are payable according to the selected plan and billing cycle.
• Payments must be made on time to maintain uninterrupted access to paid services.
• Features, plans, pricing, or service limits may be updated from time to time.
• Where practical, customers will be informed about material pricing or subscription changes before they take effect.
• Unpaid or overdue accounts may be restricted or suspended until outstanding amounts are resolved.

Cancellation and refund eligibility are governed by our Refund Policy.

Depending on your selected package, configuration, and business requirements, Galactecho may provide features including:

• Point of Sale and billing.
• Inventory management.
• Serialized inventory using IMEI or serial numbers.
• Non-serialized quantity-based inventory.
• Multi-store and multi-branch management.
• Customer management and customer-linked sales.
• Vendor, purchase, and payable management.
• Returns and payment management.
• Role-based user access.
• Reports and analytics.
• Sales, inventory, collection, expense, and branch reports.
• FBR integrated digital invoicing where available and enabled.

The availability of individual features may depend on the plan, deployment, integration, business type, and configuration selected by the customer.

Galactecho may provide integrations designed to support FBR digital invoicing and other applicable business or tax workflows. Galactecho provides the software infrastructure required for supported integrations; however, each business remains responsible for its own registration, tax information, invoice accuracy, filings, and compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

You agree not to use Galactecho to:

• Conduct unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized activities.
• Attempt to access another customer's account, data, or business records without authorization.
• Interfere with, disrupt, overload, or damage Galactecho systems or infrastructure.
• Upload malicious software, viruses, harmful scripts, or other destructive content.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, or resell Galactecho software without written authorization.
• Circumvent account limits, permissions, security controls, or subscription restrictions.
• Use the Service in a way that infringes the rights of Galactecho, another customer, or any third party.

Serious or repeated violations may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of access to the Service.

Galactecho may process information required to provide its services, including business records, products, inventory, sales, customers, suppliers, branches, users, transactions, expenses, and related operational data.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring that the information they enter into Galactecho has been collected and processed lawfully.

Galactecho supports role-based access for different business users. Depending on the configured system, these roles may include Super Admins, Branch Managers, Sales Staff, Accountants, and other authorized users.

The account owner or authorized administrator is responsible for assigning appropriate permissions and removing access when an employee or user should no longer have access to the business account.

Galactecho software, website design, interfaces, source code, trademarks, branding, graphics, documentation, and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except where expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from Galactecho without prior written authorization.

Galactecho may connect with third-party services such as regulatory platforms, payment providers, hosting infrastructure, communication services, or other external systems.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability, pricing, and technical requirements. Galactecho is not responsible for interruptions or changes caused solely by third-party systems outside our reasonable control.

We aim to provide reliable access to Galactecho, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed at all times. Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, upgrades, internet connectivity, infrastructure issues, third-party services, security events, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Galactecho may periodically improve, modify, add, replace, or remove features as the platform evolves. Updates may be introduced to improve performance, security, usability, compliance, or business functionality. Where a change materially affects a paid service, we may provide reasonable notice when appropriate.

Businesses using Galactecho are responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate business and account information.
• Reviewing product, inventory, pricing, tax, and transaction data entered into the system.
• Managing employee and user permissions appropriately.
• Maintaining appropriate internet, hardware, and compatible devices required to access the Service.
• Complying with applicable tax, accounting, consumer, employment, and business regulations.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Galactecho shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

This may include loss of profits, business interruption, loss of opportunity, or loss resulting from inaccurate information entered by the customer, third-party failures, unauthorized account access, or circumstances outside Galactecho's reasonable control.

Galactecho may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary due to:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or unlawful use.
• Serious security risks.
• Unauthorized access or misuse.
• Outstanding subscription payments.
• Activities that may harm the platform or other customers.

Customers may request cancellation of their subscription subject to the applicable subscription and refund conditions.

We may revise these Terms & Conditions when Galactecho services, business practices, security requirements, integrations, or applicable legal requirements change. Updated Terms will be published on this page. Continued use of Galactecho after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or agreed separately in writing, these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute relating to Galactecho shall be handled in accordance with applicable Pakistani law and the jurisdiction established under the relevant agreement or applicable legal requirements.
